Vinification : The grapes are harvested at night in order to reduce the risk of excessive temperatures. Traditional vinification in concrete vats. Fermentation between 15 to 20 days during which the musts are worked by pumping over.
Maturing : in concrete vats. No fining, Light filtering before bottling.
Packaging : Bordelaise Élégance 750 ml bottles. Screw stopper or Technical stopper according to convenience.
May be aged : 2 years.
SOMMELIER'S APPRECIATION
With a nice, deep red color, with ruby reflections, this wine is made from a blend of Cabernet and Merlot. The complex and flattering nose presents aromas of red fruits. In the mouth, its liveliness and freshness mixed with aromas of cherry and raspberry make it easy to drink.
